7)辐射管加热段设置独立的氧化腔室，氧化腔室内具备加氧和增湿两种功能。设计需保证氧化腔室内气氛良好的均匀性及与其他炉体之间的密封性。

8)辐射管加热段及均热段各腔室设置独立的加湿器及露点检测探头，实现露点自动控制功能。

9)带钢均热温度控制精度必须达到目标温度±5℃，带钢冷却温度控制精度必须达到目标温度±5℃。

2）自动化系统，采用高速可靠的网络系统，开放式的人机界面系统（HMI）。

3）采用先进的、可靠的电加热设备。

4）配置事故电源。

5）常规控制要求配置有温度、压力、流量、液位和电导率等仪表。

6）检测要求配有雷达式CPC、张力检测仪、辐射高温计、扫描式高温计、火焰监视控制系统和氧、氢、露点、CO检测等仪表。

7）炉子通过PLC控制系统实现自动控制。

8）采用数学模型控制。

9）所提供的硬件、系统软件、中间软件、应用软件应成熟可靠，并提供正版授权。
