随着高端国际项目的入驻，越来越多的外国人才集聚外创园创新创业。为优化入园企业管理，定向服务国际人才的实际需求，2019年5月31日上午，杭州国际人才创业创新园（拱墅园区）为入驻企业和人才带来了首场出入境法律法规宣讲会。

Withthe entry of high-end international projects, more and more foreigntalents gathering in HITEIP for innovation and entrepreneurship. Inorder to optimize the management of enterprises inour park, and serve the actual demand of international talents, onthe morning of May 31, 2019, Hangzhou International TalentsEntrepreneurship and Innovation Park (Gonghu Park) brought the firstinformation session on entry-exit laws and regulations forenterprises and talents in the park.

本次宣讲会邀请到来自杭州市公安局拱墅区分局出入境管理大队的赵露副队长为大家授课，园区14家企业行政、人事分管负责人参加了本次宣讲会。会上，赵队长从典型“三非”案例、如何避免非法就业和非法雇佣、外国人在华工作生活注意事项、相关证件办理机构推介等四大模块，为大家带来深入浅出地讲解，为企业用人和国际人才生活提供全方位指导。

Zhaolu, vice captain of Exit and Entry Management Team of GongshuDistrict branch of Hangzhou Public Security Bureau, was invited togive a lecture. Leaders in charge of administration and personnel of14 enterprises in the park attended the lecture. During the meeting,captain Zhao prudentially shares the typical "three non-"case, teaches how to avoid illegal employment and illegal employment,reminds matters for foreigners work and live in China, introduces therelevant certificate handling institutions, to guide the enterpriseemployment and international talent life.

宣讲内容结束后，参会人员还针对企业聘用外籍工作人员过程中遇到的问题进行了提问，拱墅区分局出入境管理大队相关工作人员进行了一一解答。

本次宣讲会从实际用工出发，为企业解决外国人用工过程中的燃眉之急，得到入驻企业的一致好评。会后，外创园还为入驻企业组建了出入境法律法规咨询群，让园区企业与区级出入境管理部门得到有效对接，及时规避用工风险，让更多国际人才更好得在拱墅区工作、生活。
