[if !supportLists]二、[endif]招租原则

以上国有房产租赁实行公开招标原则，具体按照《梅湾街区国有

房产公开招租挂牌文件》的招租程序执行。

三、租金支付方式

租金半年一付，物业费一年一付，交纳时间为每期提前15天，先交后用，水电另计。投标保证金为首年年租金的25%，公开招租结束后，中标人（自然人、企业）的投标保证金转为租赁保证金，未中标人（自然人、企业）相关费用退还，不计息。

四、报名时间

2022年6月14日9时至2022年6月27日17时（工作日）

嘉兴市梅湾街区6号楼5楼资产经营二部。

1、个人报名需提供本人身份证原件及复印件及投标要求所需的相关资质文件。

2、企业报名须提供法人身份证原件及复印件、营业执照原件及复印件及投标要求所需的相关资质文件。

3、报名时原则上需投标人本人亲自到场报名。
