注：投标要求中的“投标人有三年及以上经营经验”以投标人名下同业态店铺的营业执照成立日期为准，即营业执照中成立日期在2017年9月之前才符合该要求。

以上国有房产租赁实行公开招标原则，具体按照《月河街区国有

房产公开招租挂牌文件》的招租程序执行。

三、租金支付方式

租金、物业费以一年一付，交纳时间为每期提前15天，先交后用，水电另计。租赁保证金为中标首年租金的25%，租赁到期时结清相关费用后退还，不计息。

四、报名时间

1、2020年9月7日9点至2020年9月18日16点。

2、报名时需携带相关营业执照、身份证等有效证件及投标要求所需的相关资质文件。

3、报名时原则上需投标人本人亲自到场报名。

六、报名地点

嘉兴市月河街区南廊下36号弄堂内二楼资产经营一部。
